I haven’t seen a single cosplayer, lolita or anything like that outside of shibuya and harajuku… really it’s not everywhere in japan, people would probably look weirdly if a lolita suddenly walked through Warabi.
(note: i got nothing against either cosplay or lolita! i think it is awesome, it is more that people shouldn’t think you see it all the time in Japan)
